  • Volleyball

  • Basketball (B/G)

  • Soccer (B/G)
  • Track and Field (B/G)
Year Round
  • Cheer

Requirements for Sports

  1. Physical Form/Medical History Form

     
  2. Register Online (Aktivate)

     
  3. Insurance
  •  If you do not have insurance, you must purchase HISD insurance for $35.
  •  If you do have insurance, you must complete a waiver to waive HISD insurance.
  •  You must provide a copy of your current insurance card if you waive HISD insurance
